Vezina Law attorneys Monica P. Navarro, Editor-in-Chief of the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law Section Publication Committee, and Louis C. Szura, a contributing editor of the Publication’s Committee, were part of the editorial team for this year’s HCLS white paper entitled “Troubleshooting the Affordable Care Act: A White Paper Compilation of Views and Lessons After Five Years.”
The Affordable Care Act is the single most important and well-known health care legislation in American history. On the fifth anniversary of its passage, this paper provides a retrospective look at five years of the ACA. The authors opines on the success and failures of the ACA. The authors also provide insight on where the health care sector is headed under the ACA.
