I have experience working with physicians facing credentialing, privileging, and licensing issues. It cannot be emphasized enough how important it is for physicians (and all licensed health care providers to appreciate the seriousness of their situation and take prompt action in the proceedings.

The article I co-authored provided "an overview of the key issues for physicians from the onset of any hospital investigation or other disciplinary/credentialing action, including how to determine if an “investigation” is present and how to best protect their rights, privileges and medical licenses."
